I liked this book and would recommend it anyone wanting to better understand the issue of smoking and wanting to quit while pregnant.. We see the career missteps along the way, and all the various relationships they have while still remaining friends -- and the woman, Emma, always secretly in love with Dexter Mayhew, who has more than a few wild oats to sow before he realizes the woman he should be with is the one who's always been his best friend.
